- Charlie Maskell Review added: 2018.09.29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely appalling service. Ordered a brand new tablet laptop off of Amazon and used my prime to get 1 day delivery. On the first day the tracking said 'First delivery attempt. Another attempt will be made on the next delivery day.' when in reality no one knocked on the door. So we called Amazon customer service and they said the driver had gotten lost and that I would have to wait till the next day. Next day came along and they said it would be delivered and once again it still has not arrived.
They need to sort their service out!
